The Luftfahrtmuseum Laatzen-Hannover e.V. shows visitors a collection of objects representing aviation from its beginnings to the present day. 
 
The collection of foundation founder Günter Leonhardt is managed by the Leonhardt family and an operating association. Many volunteers work in the support association, who look after the collection, expand it and make it available to visitors. They also provide advice and assistance to authorities (e.g. explosive ordnance disposal service). Good contacts with well-known partners ensure the constant expansion of the collection.
