A team of photographers has made photos about flight jackets with us in the last days. They were looking for a real plane as a background motif and it in all of Europe only with us: The Focke-Wulff 190 was the star.

Aviation Museum supports the preparation of seminar papers
Last autumn, three senior pupils from the Bergschule St. Elisabeth grammar school in Heiligenstedt asked our museum for support: they wanted to write a seminar paper on the influence of the wars on the development of aircraft. We gladly made an appointment, they came and asked many informed questions. A walk through the museum and interviews rounded off their visit.
A few days ago we received a 60-page copy of their paper, which deservedly received high marks and has been added to our archives.
We wish the students continued success and enjoyment in their interest in aviation.
The bodywork of the vehicles with gullwing doors, in the early 1980s, was made entirely of stainless steel.
